Raj Softech Solutions began as a small startup agency. The idea was seeded by a first-generation entrepreneur. Today we stand as one of the top digital marketing companies in Coimbatore. As a home-grown business, we have always been keen to do our part in giving back to the place that has made us flourish. Like any other startup organization, we had our gloomy days.
But once we started seeing the light, we made efforts to share a part of our profits in socially responsible activities. We plan community-supporting activities on behalf of our company around the year on various special occasions. Slowly we had more volunteers partnering with us to carry out our noble vision of giving back to our society.

Every human being on Earth deserves a quality life in all aspects. What may be a necessity or inevitable entity for us would be a luxury or dream for many. Philanthropy is a humble attempt that we do to bridge this gap in ways that we can.

The way we treat our staff is a direct reflection of how we carry out our CSR activities for the rest of society. Our customers’ satisfaction and continuous support has been a major driving factor for us to be regularly involved in CSR ventures.
Our CSR activities range from providing basic necessities like food, shelter, clothing, etc. to the underprivileged, to sponsoring education for selected deserving students.
2. Commitment to CSR Program
We allocate 2.5% of our total revenue from all projects undertaken by Raj Softech Solutions towards CSR activities. It includes website designing and development, SEO, digital marketing programs, etc.
So when you choose any services from us, you can be happy that you are indirectly participating in noble activities like;
- Distributing dresses and sweets to the needy people to lift up their spirits during festive seasons.
- Offering food during special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. of our board members.

What is CSR (Is it Mandatory)?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to practices and activities taken up by companies to create a positive impact on society without aiming for profits. It is reflected in the way companies frame ethical work culture, take up philanthropic activities, protect the environment with sustainable practices, etc.
India is the first country to make CSR mandatory for organizations, following an amendment to the Companies Act 2013 in April 2014.
The new amendment makes it mandatory for companies with a net worth of Rs. 500 crores or more, or an annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crores or more, or a net profit of 5 crores or more, spend 2% of their average net profit of three years on CSR.
Post this amendment, many companies have come forward to take part in various CSR initiatives on their own or recommended by the Government of India. Chief Minister's and Prime Minister's relief funds are overflowing with corporate contributions during calamities like COVID-19, floods, war times, etc.
Companies have been sponsoring marathons, tree-plantation drives, lake and reservoir cleaning, etc., and help save the environment quality. They have taken up their own CSR initiatives in helping the needy and underprivileged by doing their part in helping orphanages, destitute homes, old-age care centers, etc.
CSR Activity in 2023
Cause: To surprise female kids with New Dresses on Diwali 2023.
Location: Kovaipudur, Coimbatore.

Trust: Children's Charitable Trust (Since 2022)
Program Details;
This trust was formed by Mr. M. Mallikarjuna in Perambalur with 35 girl children with a mission to improve their lives. The trust came into operation in 2022 with a branch operating at Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. Mr. Surendran from the trust approached us seeking help to celebrate Diwali 2023 for those 26 female kids at Coimbatore Trust. We offered dresses to 26 female kids at "Children Charitable Trust" at Kovaipudur, Coimbatore to help them celebrate Diwali (2023).
We Extend Our Thanks to Pothys;
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Sandeep and Mrs. Yasmin for helping us throughout by getting all that we required from "Pothys" Crosscut Road Coimbatore.
How did it happen?
We visited Pothys and gave the list of children with their ages to Mr. Sandeep. He along with Mrs. Yasmin did an exceptional job in browsing and collecting dresses that fit all age-group female children.
We delivered the dresses on 03-11-2023 to the trust. We thank Mr. Surendran, the person in charge of the trust, who supported us in all ways from ideation to execution.

Offering Dresses, Sweets, and Food on Special Occasions
We aspire to actively participate in our staff member's significant life events, such as birthdays and anniversaries. Our initiative includes providing complimentary food, clothing, and sweets to children's shelters, destitute homes, and orphanages during special festive occasions.

Provide Medical Support
Having an uninterrupted supply of basic medical facilities in many old-age homes and children's shelters is still a challenge. Distributing sanitary pads, children's formula milk powder, diapers for infants and adults, basic first-aid supplies, and tablets are some of our focus goals.

Provide Education for Tribals
Offline schooling, especially for higher education, is a dream for many children from tribal hamlets. By distributing electronics like laptops and tablets to such kids, we wish to bridge the gap between their dreams and reality.

Provide Education Fee Support (Kindergarden to UG-level College)
Any commodity we donate may go out of use or get disposed of, but education can never be taken away or snatched from someone. Offering deserving children, the privilege of academic education is our top priority in our CSR program. We plan to select kids and offer partial to complete fee payments.

Environmental Cause
The best gift we can give to our current and future generations is an environment with clean air, freshwater, and fertile lands. Planting tree saplings, cleaning places of worship, and sponsoring their repairs and renovation are some activities we plan to include in our future CSR program.
